WE HAVE GREAT NEWS!
We are starting two groups that will each meet twice a month. The first is for family members or friends of those struggling with mental illness and/or substance abuse. This will be a support group and a place where folks can share their stories and feelings in a judgement free zone. It is difficult to love someone struggling, and can at times feel quite isolative. The goal is to eliminate the feelings of isolation by realizing you are not alone.
Additionally, we are establishing a second group for adolescents and young adults struggling with Depression, Anxiety, and other general life issues. The overall goal of this group would be to increase our abilities for self-care and learn new coping skills by sharing and hearing the experiences of others.

- Life Coaching: Your mental health is the most important aspect of journey to self discovery; achieving all your dreams is your destination. “What do you want to be when you grow up?” is a question extremely encouraged when growing up, but somehow it becomes almost a taboo as we grow up. After years of “working for a living”, it is easy to lose track of what you really wanted to do with your life. Most of us spend some time living a generic life, surviving one day after the other, without the satisfaction of an identity and the pride of controlling one’s own life. When you begin to identify the core of specific skills you need (or already have) and start making even moderate steps in the right direction, change can be more within reach, and you can become who you want to be.
